Project: Tanana Middle School Exterior

Renovation

Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, local time, February 13, 2024. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 1, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Interested parties should assemble at Tanana Middle School, 600 Trainer Gate Road at that time.

Notice is hereby given that the Fairbanks North Star Borough will receive electronic bids on the above project. The work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, install of EIFS over CMU walls and selected fascias and soffits, replacement of exterior windows, and replacement of safety glazing in exterior and vestibule doors. The approximate estimated value of the work is between $750,000 and
