625932 NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by: North Slope Borough Department of Public Works The North Slope Borough is seeking Bids for the Area Wide Fluids and Lubricants Procurement & Delivery FY2023-FY2024. Sealed Bids will be received until April 12, 2023, at 3:30 p. m., local time, for the Area Wide Fluids and Lubricants Procurement & Delivery. Proposals must be sent via Gold Streak, to the North Slope Borough, Department of Public Works, attention Nora Jane Adams, at 1689 Okpik Street, second floor, Barrow, Alaska 99723. The project title, your business name, the words “Bid Enclosed”, bid date and name of the party in attention to, must appear on the outside envelope of all bids. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on April 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the North Slope Borough Public Works downstairs conference room. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of bids at the address listed above. Early submittals are encouraged and highly recommended. Delays due to weather, airline schedules or other unknown variables will not be considered an exception to the deadline requirements. Bids are received when date stamped and time marked on bid package submission by the recipient identified above, or designee. Bids received after the time announced for the bid closing, which is 3:30 p.m., will not be considered. Questions should be addressed to Joe Ramirez at Joe.Ramirez@north-slope.org . Include the Project Title and Project Number on all correspondences. The last day for questions shall be March 31, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Each proposal shall be submitted only on the prescribed proposal forms included with the RFP documents. Further, the North Slope Borough reserves the right to reject any or all packages received without cause. Failure to adhere to any written direction may result in disqualification.
