Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed proposals from Bidders interested in providing professional programming, design, and construction services to develop a multi-story building on a 3.7-acre site located at the NW corner of Elmore Road and Tudor Road, Anchorage, AK 99508.
