| Description: |
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Southcoast Region, has identified the need for services to represent the DOT&PF and administer construction contracts for the listed projects. The services will be incremented through multiple Notice to Proceeds (NTPs) involving administration of three distinct construction contracts. Services for the basic agreement involves construction administration services for the KTN Tongass Avenue Improvements contract, anticipated to occur during the FY2024 ? FY2025 construction seasons. Services will be incremented for the HSIP KTN Stedman & Deermont St Intersection Safety Improvements contract (expected FY 2024 construction) and KTN South Tongass Hwy Deermount to Saxman Widening/KTN Saxman to Surf St Pavement Rehabilitation contract (expected FY2026 ? FY2029 construction) when construction funds are obligated for the respective project.
