The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services to provide bid documents for renovations to the flooring replacement at the Fairbanks Pioneer Home located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services and construction administration, and proposal assistance. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to: Remove and replace existing damaged flooring, Provide a fee for construction administration services for this project. Provide asbestos testing, reporting, and management plan for abatement, including cost estimate and phased schedule. Design services may include but not be limited to: 1. Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CD¿s 2. Construction Cost Estimate. The Period of performance for items 1 & 2 will be 120 days after NTP has been issued.
