| Description: | The Contracting Agency intends to award up to five (5) Term Agreements to provide Construction Administration services for a variety of State- and Federally-funded projects. Construction administration services include, but are not limited to engineering, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, materials testing, documentation, surveying and office work on the projects to ensure that the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, and applicable permits.
