The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services to provide bid documents to replace the domestic copper supply lines in the utilidor. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services and construction administration. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to replacing the domestic copper supply lines in the utilidor. Pipes are corroded and developing pin hole leaks. To include replacement of the acidic glycol supply, flush and refill system and add a corrosion inhibitor.

Design services may include but not be limited to:

1.        Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CD¿s
2.        Construction Cost Estimate.
3.        Bidding and Construction Administration will be negotiated after NTP.

The Period of performance for items 1 & 2 will be 90 days after NTP has been issued.
